I specialise in Employment Law and Wills and Probate.
I studied a four year International Law Degree course at Lancaster University between 2010 -2014 which included one years study of International law at Charles University in Prague, one of the oldest universities in the World.
After graduating, I returned to the local area to complete my Legal Practice Course and Masters at Northumbria University. In 2015 I joined Macks Solicitors as a trainee Solicitor after completing the Legal Practice Course. I continued to study my Masters Degree which involved a dissertation looking into best interest decision making in the Court of Protection, whilst completing my training contract with Macks.
During my training contract, I gained experience in many areas of law including Family, Personal Injury, Wills and Probate and Employment Law.
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 and I now specialise in Employment Law. I am based at our Darlington office and advise on a wide range of Employment issues including Settlement Agreements, Contracts of Employment, unfair dismissals and discrimination for both Employers and Employees. Having gained extensive experience of Will drafting and Powers of Attorney at LegaCare, a legal Charity in Northumberland, and also during my training I continue to advise clients on these matters too.
