No Win No Fee

Home / No Win No Fee

1. What is no win, no fee?

A ‘no win, no fee’ agreement is known in the industry as a conditional fee agreement. It is an arrangement between a client and their personal injury solicitor, which means if your compensation claim is unsuccessful, you will not have to pay a fee for your lawyer’s services.

2. How does a ‘no win, no fee’ claim work?

Macks are able to offer a ‘no win, no fee’ agreement, because we take out an insurance policy before beginning your case that will cover any costs incurred during your compensation claim. These costs might include court fees, medical reports and other expenses. The benefit of this for you as a client is that you will not face any hidden charges or unexpected bills for payments incurred during the compensation claim process.

Chloe Newsome dad been dealing with my family court cases and my divorce proceedings. She was a pleasure to work with and is very realistic in her advice. I was suspicious of solicitors in the lead up to my cases but Chloe went above and beyond what I could have expected, offering impartial advice and encouraging alternative ways for me to move forward. Can’t thank her enough.
