Russell’s accident

Russell was involved in a road traffic accident whilst he was working during the course of his employment.  He was sitting in a stationary vehicle which had been set up for road maintenance on a busy motorway.

A vehicle collided with the rear of the stationary vehicle and unfortunately, the driver fled the scene of the accident.

Despite being pursued by police, the driver was never traced.
