Tracey Shepherd has been with Macks from its inception and helped to set up the firm.

Tracey went on to qualify as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has experience of working in a wide range of personal injury claims, including, road traffic claims, work accident claims as well as claims arising from accidents in shops, supermarkets, offices, factories and public buildings.
