David Graham qualified as a Solicitor in 1986 and joined Macks as a Director in 2004 having turned down offers from a number of local and major regional firms to join his fellow Newcastle University Law graduates, Nick Mack and Francis O’Connor.

David is head of department and specialises in all areas of private client work, including Inheritance Tax planning, Will and Trust drafting and the Administration of Estates and Trusts and was one of the first members of the respected Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Most of his work comes by way of recommendation from Accountants, Financial Advisers and other Solicitors, who recognise him as the leading authority in his field, as well as from satisfied clients.
