Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition is free to enter and no purchase is required.

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Macks Solicitors, their families or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

Entries must be submitted on the forms provided and only one entry per person is allowed. Macks Solicitors accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults.

The opening date for entries is 9:00am on 17th June 2016. The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on Sunday 26th June 2016. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on Tuesday 28th June 2016.

The winner will receive £300 worth of vouchers for Skinnergate Cycles. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

The winner will be notified by email before Wednesday 29th June 2016 and must collect the prize from Macks Solicitors’ offices at 4 Woodlands Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 3BE. If the winner does not respond to Macks Solicitors within seven days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Macks Solicitors will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The winner will be announced by email to participants within 30 days of the competition closing date. Details will also be published on Macks Solicitors’ website and social media accounts.

Macks Solicitors reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

The decision of Macks Solicitors regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Macks Solicitors, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Macks Solicitors, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Macks Solicitors reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
