A man who survived a devastating explosion in a Glasgow factory has been awarded compensation in the amount of £250,000.

A bank cashier has been successful in her personal injury compensation claim after she sustained a fractured ankle due to an accident at work when she fell.

Bedfordshire and Luton Fire and Rescue Service have ordered firemen not to climb small ladders because of health and safety concerns.
